Fish Oil!

Quick post guys!

Many people have been asking me about fish oil side effects and, to be honest, it's an overblown situation. The primary, if any, side effects are things like bad breath or a little bit of burping in most people.

Does this mean that it's right for everyone? Not always. Talk to your doctor first. Some people have allergies that will prohibit them from taking fish oil, but the vast majority of people could benefit greatly from it. Check out the linked blog post to get an idea of what I'm talking about.

The Final Off Topic Post! Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia

Heart
Attacks of paroxysmal atrial tachycardia happen differently than the other two that were described. Attacks of this form of tachycardia happen very suddenly and then stop suddenly.

This can even happen without the presence of heart disease!!

The problem with diagnosing it also lies in the fact that the episode is probably through before you see a doctor. If you describe what happened, though, you can most likely begin treatment for it.

Again, unfortunately this isn't something that naturally can be cured and I wouldn't normally cover, but it hits close to home with a family history of heart disease.

2 of 3: Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia

Heart

Another post on heart rythm problems, guys.

Multifocal atrial tachycardia is caused by WAY too many electrical signals being sent to your heart. Up to 250 bpm too many!

People with this form of tachycardia will experience dizziness or fainting spells frequently. If you are diabetic, have had coronary disease, or have undergone recent surgery you are probably at risk.

The problem for me lies in that if you have a problem this severe there may not be a natural solution. This is good to keep in mind as you continue your effort towards natural remedies.

1 of 3 Medical Posts For You: Wide Complex Tachycardia

Heart

A friend of mine recently put up an article about wide complex tachycardia. I wanted to share a bit of the information with you guys along with a couple of other ones. Tachycardia is something that I've had a problem with for years and there truly are things people should know about different forms.

Wide complex tachycardia is best diagnosed with an electrocardiogram machine and is the result of your heart beating more than 100 times PER MINUTE! Keep in mind that normal is around 60-70. Mine was 110 after months in bed after an accident!

If you think you have a fast heartbeat fairly often you should definitely get it checked out!

I'll give you guys a link to another one tomorrow!

Panic Attacks: The Solution

One more quick update today guys!

It seems like more people than ever have a problem with panic attacks so I wanted to remind everyone of my post on natural cures for panic attacks.

The running theme today is meditation, meditation, meditation! Seriously, guys!

(I'm fighting the urge to say "ya'll")

For very anxious people there are plenty of herbs that can help keep you calm and meditation and exercise on top of that will have you ready to take on the world!

There's a pretty good chance you've had an acne problem at some point in your life. I know I have!

Among the new trends in natural remedies is the use of zinc for acne. Does it work? How well?

These questions aren't always straightforward, but I tried to at least cover the basics of it on my blog a while back. Check it out if you're interested and let me know what you think!

Meditation For Depression From A Sister Site!

Meditation-692
Hey guys, I really just wanted to plug my buddy's site really quick.

I mentioned it a little bit ago, but I really want to emphasize how awesome meditation for depression really is!

I came back from the brink of drastic action a few years ago I was in such a state of dispair and meditation brought me a long way. Keep in mind that things like this shouldn't persuade you to stop taking medications or anything, but you should definitely add something like meditation to your daily routine.

Four years ago I was debating suicide on a daily basis and now, through meditation among other things, I live a perfectly normal life! PLEASE check this out if you or anyone you know suffers on a daily basis.

Using Natural Depression Cures

When I finally made it out of depression I was ecstatic! The empty bottles of zoloft in my medicine cabinet serve as a constant reminder.

Fortunately for me I found a natural way out. There was a good post on meditation and depression written on Modern Dharma recently that you should check out. I found meditation to be my favorite method of relieving my depression, but there are plenty others out there including fish oil.

Check out my natural depression cures post on TheNaturalAdvocate to get the lowdown!

Can Your Depression Be Cured?

Depression
I was depressed for a long time. Luckily, I found a way out. Can you do the same?

Your doctor can tell you for sure, but the answer is probably YES!

You'll need to assess how serious your problem is and what the actual cause is first, though. If your doctor decides that you don't have a serious psychological problem then there could very easily be a natural solution to your problem.

I wrote the first of my two posts on depression today with "Can Depression Be Cured?" and the second part will include natural ways to do it.

Green Tea Benefits I Found

Green_tea
Hey guys (and gals)! My girlfriend first got me into green tea, but I was the one who ended up researching into it obsessively!

With that in mind I wrote a blog post about all the benefits that I found because I was so shocked to learn them all. My mom always acted like it was just a different version of the same old sugar filled stuff we drank growing up, but in fact it is far more than that.

New research has found that its benefits are basically body wide and include prevention of various diseases, weight loss, improved brain function, and you won't believe what else.

Check out the green tea benefits post on my site.

High Blood Pressure Symptoms

Stress
High blood pressure is a daily struggle for myself along with millions of others. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to treat the problem. A lot of people, though, are now trying to switch to a more natural approach.

The problm lies in the fact that many of the symptoms of high blood pressure won't be noticed until the problem gets too bad to easily solve.

If you are always stressed, eat terribly, or just ended up with bad genes check out this post on high blood pressure symptoms to see what you can do about it.

Milk Thistle Benefits From The Natural Advocate

Milk_thistle

Everyone probably does something on a regular basis that is detrimental to their liver. I know I sure did back when I was drinking and as a result of several accidents that left me taking loads of Tylenol. The damage isn't irreversible in most people, though.

Milk thistle has been around for forever and many cultures have taken advantage of it. If you take a couple of capsules a day you can do a lot of amazing stuff for your liver. Alcohol, painkillers, and a variety of other things can do a lot of damage, but much of it can be revesed by this supplement.

I wrote up a piece on milk thistle benefits a good while back, but I've had a lot of people asking about things for their liver recently so I thought I'd send this out to everyone.Check out milk thistle benefits over at The Natural Advocate!
