The Final Off Topic Post! Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia

Heart
Attacks of paroxysmal atrial tachycardia happen differently than the other two that were described. Attacks of this form of tachycardia happen very suddenly and then stop suddenly.

This can even happen without the presence of heart disease!!

The problem with diagnosing it also lies in the fact that the episode is probably through before you see a doctor. If you describe what happened, though, you can most likely begin treatment for it.

Again, unfortunately this isn't something that naturally can be cured and I wouldn't normally cover, but it hits close to home with a family history of heart disease.
